30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer pays return shipping for returns due to change of mind or any reason other than a defect or error on our part.
- We cover return shipping if your item arrived damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item. In these cases we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
Email us at shopalvura@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with complete return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required from you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care items, opened consumables, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return. This will be noted on the individual product page where applicable.
